Working title. Not 100% sure how I feel about this piece yet...I may be making a few changes in the future, depending on my mood. I know it doesn't fit in perfectly with the Bioshock atmosphere (not much of a party gown) but since when does my work actually turn out the way I intend? As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
